The doctors and staff at Orthodontic Excellence are extremely professional, warm, caring, and knowledgeable. I'm not sure if anyone really enjoys the braces process, although I can say I enjoyed the level of professionalism the doctors and staff showed during my treatment. I would be more than happy to recommend Orthodontic Excellence to others. The care and time each staff member demonstrated at every visit was impressive. I was never in the dark and very comfortable. The fish tank is also a nice touch to help you feel relaxed! I am confident I made the right decision getting my orthodontic treatment here, and all my expectations have been met. I am 47 years old and afraid of dental people normally, but when I was referred to them by Ave Dental I was happy the moment I walked through the door. The place is amazing; bright green walls and really bright young women work there! They saw me through 3 years of braces and I am so happy with the results. Too bad I don't have an excuse to go back every month! I am ooking forward to my teenagers getting braces so I can go back and have some fun with the girls. If you need braces this is the place to go! We love this place. EVERYONE is so great from the time you walk in till the time you leave you are at home. I have been a patient at Orthodontic Excellence since early February 2009 when I walked in for a consultation and I walked out the same day with braces. Since then, Dr. Helena and her staff have proven time and time again to be extremely knowledgeable but more importantly, a caring and heartfelt group of people. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and they demonstrate a wonderful initiative and a positive attitude toward accomplishment. They are meticulous in their work, pay close attention to detail and they listen carefully to concerns I had and didn't discount them. My treatment is unlike other patients because I have to go 4 months in-between appointments due to my job so I undoubtedly had some concerns. However, Dr. Helena and her team were able to successfully put together a treatment plan for me that is working wonders and still within the initial treatment time given to me on my first appointment.

I was referred to Orthodontic Excellence by my dentist for some emergency work to try and straighten a tooth knocked out of place in an accident. They saw me less than 24 hours after the accident and all the staff were extremely compassionate and did so much to make my unplanned visit less stressful. I was a good candidate for having full orthodontia but they did not pressure me to make a decision about going with full braces, and allowed me time to recover from the trauma. I did decide to go with full braces after seeing the progress from my initial treatment and understanding the long-term benefits for my dental heath (it was not a matter of aesthetics in my case). It is wonderful to be able to have the same technician consistently see me, and I am impressed with the electronic patient records including photos that document my treatment progress. The team at Orthodontic Excellence cares about people and that has made a world of difference in my experience.

When I was 13 and had braces I remembered how important a good orthodontist and assistant was during those years of self-consciousness. When my son was 11, he was ready for braces to correct a cross bite. After much research and visits, we picked Dr. Helena and her staff. The treatment explanation was understandable and each office visit was pleasant for my son and myself. In 1980, my own orthondontist had given me only an upper retainer, and after decades, my lower teeth had migrated to the point where they needed work. By this time, my son was a patient of Dr Helena for a year, so I chose Orthodontist Excellence for my second time around. My son and I are so happy with our oral treatment, the office atmosphere, the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of Dr. Helena, Dr. Paula and the staff. They let her look at and touch everything, and talked to her while they worked so she knew exactly what they were doing. They were great with someone that was very scared and jumped a lot. She only had the braces for 2 years, and now that they are off, her smile is beautiful. Even with them on she was smiling more and her confidence rose. Definitely one of the best places to take your kid(s) if braces are in their future. From the moment you walk through the door the front end personnel takes the time to greet you and get you checked in as quickly as possible. With all the time they take in explaining what options are available my 10 yr old actually thinks braces are cool and keeps telling me "when I get my braces". Fun office to visit coffee and cold water while you wait, Xbox and PlayStation for the kids. Kids have a prize wheel that they can spin for toys. Would without a doubt recommend this office to anyone.

My daughter started her braces with Orthodontic excellence a little over 2 years ago and will be finished in a few weeks. The office staff is wonderful and always helpful. They did a wonderful job working with our insurance and setting us up with a payment plan and we paid her braces off very early. It is nice not to have that stress. They have not only been wonderful to my daughter during her brace appointments but they have supported her in her community and school endeavors. At one point in her treatment she was put into an appliance that she was upset about the look of. The assistant called that night to see how she was doing and then sent a wonderful card a few days later. We truly feel like it is a second family there. Her smile looks amazing and her whole face has changed! I recently took my son in for an initial brace consultation and I was told by the staff there that at this time his teeth are perfectly aligned and he does not need braces! How’s that for honesty and integrity! I would highly recommend Orthodontic Excellence to anyone.

I been going to the office for almost a year and could not be more happy. I even look forward to my appointments. The office is incredible looking and the whole staff are fun, helpful and a joy to talk with. I never leave there with out a good feeling or without any doubt in my head.

If you're into details and aesthetics, you'll appreciate the office's modern newness and overall smart layout. Not to mention the Starbucks coffee machine in the waiting area. :)

I was referred to Orthodontic Excellence by Dr. Geoff Strange largely due to my underbite. Going in for a consultation with my father, Dr. Noel T. Johnson (a physician specializing in sleep medicine/disorders for the past twenty or so years), we wanted an opinion from a very professional and first-class orthodontist about the necessity for jaw surgery. Dr. Virk did a very thorough analysis and explained to us, with great use of visual technology and terms that were easily understandable for non-medical me, that I indeed would need jaw surgery. Orthodonture being a part of that process, I was directly put in braces in January 2009 and made arrangements to meet with a good jaw surgeon. This past January (2010) I had my jaw surgery, which turned out to be a great success.
Orthodontic Excellence has been exceptionally professional in every aspect. They give their complete attention to the patient, and go above and beyond, especially from what I experienced when I had braces at a much younger age. They oversaw every step leading up to and after my jaw surgery, and have made the braces experience as comfortable as possible for me. I go to school five hours away from home, and they were even willing to see me during closed hours to accommodate my difficult situation.
If you are going to get braces, or have to go through even more than that like I have with (upper and lower) jaw surgery, I recommend looking no further than Orthodontic Excellence. They treat their patients as if they are the most important patients in the world, and demonstrate that they truly value your business. Always friendly and supportive, encouraging and helpful, choosing to get help with your teeth here will be an investment for which you will always be thankful.
